With environmentally friendly viticulture aimed at preserving the unique character of each vineyard, 4 Monos present Cien Lanzas. This red wine is sourced from three distinct plots and crafted from indigenous varieties: Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Tinta, and Cariñena. The centenarian vines, planted in granite soils at high altitude, are cultivated with respectful agriculture and biodynamic treatments. In the cellar, fermentation takes place with whole clusters and native yeasts, followed by minimal extraction. The wine then ages for 14 months in used 500-litre barrels and 5,000-litre foudres.
