Viognier is rarely found in Italy, but this wine demonstrates the exceptional quality the country can achieve with the variety. From the Tuscan coastal region of Maremma, it shows a bright straw colour and a complex nose of mango and peach, complemented by delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and savoury, making it an excellent aperitif, while also pairing beautifully with fish, vegetable risottos, white meats, spicy dishes, and even sushi.
