A very unique chardonnay from Cech Winery, it’s rich and creamy with sophisticated oak and creaminess from batonnage. A very elegant and full-bodied chardonnay that isn’t the common style we expect from other producers.

Rich notes of banana and nuts on the nose with a rich buttery taste with an oily mouthfeel. The finish shows decent acidity.

Food Pairing: warm soups and stews and bright high acid dishes to cut through the richness, like a ceviche or citrus marinated fish or chicken.
