Fruity aromas with hints of apple, pink peach, and red fruit. This wine is dry, fresh, and flavoursome. It has a sparkling appearance, with a fine and persistent perlage. Pale pink in colour, it undergoes a secondary fermentation in an autoclave with selected yeasts and sugar for 60 days.
