Nestled in the rolling hills of Dorset, Furleigh Estate produces some of England’s finest sparkling wines, with the Wessex Reserve Brut standing among its most celebrated. Made from hand-selected grapes grown along the Jurassic Coast, this wine is produced using the traditional method — the same process used in Champagne — giving it a fine, persistent sparkle and remarkable complexity.
The wine reveals fresh aromas of citrus and orchard fruits, underpinned by delicate brioche notes derived from extended ageing on the lees. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance of crisp acidity, a soft mousse, and a creamy texture, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
