Crafted from the finest Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes, sourced from low-yielding vineyards (35 hl per hectare) comprising both young and old vines.
The grapes are left to macerate until the end of fermentation, after which the wine matures in wood, before being bottled roughly one year after harvest. Even in its youth, it is a distinguished wine: fresh, fragrant, elegantly slender, and finely structured, with a natural polish and presence.
