Dido Blanco is a Mediterranean white wine crafted by Sara Pèrez and René Barbier, with the aim of reviving the traditions of Montsant. The native varieties Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo, and Cartoixà (Xarel·lo) are harmoniously combined to create a wine of elegance, structure, and balance. Seductive and expressive, it reveals autumnal aromas of ripe fruit, nuts, and seeds, with a creamy texture and a long, lingering finish on the palate.
