After a manual harvest of these 30 to 50 year-old vineyards, the grapes are carefully sorted and selected for fermentation. The wine is kept on the lees for two months, and the daily batonage helps to extract the maximum in aromatic complexity.

Bright and crisp, this white Rioja blend features fresh aromas of citrus, pears and flower bouquets. Lively golden colour with green sparkles. A nice combo of Viura (Macabeo) and Malvasia, it is clean on the palate with a similar array of fruitiness and floral arrangements. Round and well balanced.
