Supremely fresh on the palate, restrained rather than exuberant — it shows silky, harmonious tannins. Opening with summer fruits such as black fig, pomegranate, and juicy wild cherry, it evolves towards spicy white pepper, curry, and subtle smoky-vanilla notes.
