This Shiraz is co-fermented with 3% Viognier, a white grape. Fermenting the two together enhances the nose, creating more floral, delicate aromas such as violets, alongside notes of chocolate ganache. The wine offers rich, deep flavours of red and dark sweet fruits, with slightly powdery tannins that provide a fine structure.
