Clean and bright, with a light yellow colour. Medium-intensity aromas, with notes of very ripe citrus fruit, especially grapefruit and lime. Yellow stone fruit such as nectarine is also present. The fruity aromas are complemented by complex notes from barrel ageing. On the palate, the wine has a firm, integrated and well-structured acidity, and is aromatic, with a long, gastronomic finish.
