This magical mix gives the wine a beautiful blush colour and aromatic character, while softening the acidity on the palate. The Sauvignon Blanc fruit was sourced from our 8ha block in Marlborough’s stunning Waihopai Valley — They call it Snapper Rock’s ‘ika vineyard’, with ika meaning ‘fish’ in Māori.
