Munari Wines is a family-owned vineyard located 11 km north of Heathcote, at the base of the Mt Ida foothills. Founded in 1993, Adrian Munari’s philosophy reflects the belief of many traditional winemakers: “Understand your site — its soil profile, seasonal climate variations, and the most suitable grape varieties. Do not be constrained by tradition; complement established winemaking principles with innovative techniques from the New World for quality control.
